與肉票40多年交情　許安進不捨

慘遭綁架撕票的富商施家金（57歲），與國內娛樂圈大亨許安進是彰化鹿港同鄉，兩人從小就認識，擁有40多年的交情。許安進說，施家金以紡織、服裝、房地產起家，早年也做過電動玩具，近年來已移民美國，但仍經常返台從事公益活動。

許安進說，施家金小時候練過跆拳道，2011年他在彰化縣跆拳道委員會主委任內當選中華民國跆拳道協會理事長後，施家金就出錢出力，今年還從他手中接下彰化縣跆拳道委員會主委的職務，並擔任烏茲別克亞錦賽、中國蘇州大獎賽的領隊。

許安進昨天稍早接受《蘋果》採訪時表示，案發後他立即趕往施家關心，家屬都沒想到施竟會被自家司機綁票，但他對這名司機沒有印象。「得知他被綁架，心中非常不捨，希望他平安無事！」不過，施家金已於昨天深夜證實遭到撕票。

律師林仲豪表示，擄人勒贖過程中導致肉票死亡，若非故意殺人，可處死刑、無期徒刑或12年以上有期徒刑，如果是故意殺人，可處死刑或無期徒刑。（地方中心／台中報導）
