梅克爾訪烏克蘭象徵意義大

（中央社記者林琳柏林2014年8月23日專電）德國總理梅克爾今天前往烏克蘭訪問，將與烏克蘭總統波洛申科（Petro Poroshenko）會談。德國媒體指出，梅克爾選擇此一時機訪問烏克蘭，具有象徵性的意義。

昨天梅克爾和美國總統歐巴馬同聲譴責俄羅斯，指出俄羅斯未經烏克蘭政府同意就將大批車隊開進烏克蘭，不但使得烏克蘭東部緊張情勢升高，也侵犯了烏克蘭的主權。

根據德國媒體報導，俄羅斯已開始撤出第一批車隊。

波洛申科下週2將在白俄羅斯首都明斯克（Minsk)與俄羅斯總統蒲亭會面。也因此，梅克爾這個週末的基輔會談的內容也特別受到關注。

德國媒體引述烏克蘭政治學者哈蘭（Olexij Haran）指出，烏克蘭對於德國協助解決烏克蘭的問題寄予厚望，同時卻不免擔心梅克爾是否會與蒲亭達成私下協議。

烏克蘭人的疑慮是因為1939年8月23日納粹德國與蘇聯曾簽署1項瓜分東歐的「希特勒-史達林」協議。

哈蘭表示，梅克爾選擇在75年後的8月23日訪問烏克蘭，也許是正巧，也可能有心破除歷史心結，向烏克蘭人民表達德國對烏克蘭的支持。不論如何，梅克爾訪問烏克蘭，都具有象徵意義。
