涉內線交易 南紡副董300萬交保

台南紡織侯姓副董事長涉嫌內線交易案，南檢昨天凌晨訊後，以侯違反證券交易法，諭令300萬元交保候傳。

侯被控去年8月28日知道聚陽實業將以每股0. 8美元收購南紡子公司南方紡織責任有限公司50％股權，預期南方的股票會漲，訊息尚未發布，隔天就買進南方公司股票300張。同年10月此收購訊息公告後，果然股價上揚，南方公司股票累積漲幅18.6％。

雖然侯還沒將股票賣出，但台灣證券交易所計算侯的獲利約225萬元。不過，侯強調購買之前，並不知訊息，而且股票還在手中，並未獲利。但檢察官認為，侯擔任副董事長兼總經理應知聚陽要購買南方50%股權，未採信他的說法。

南紡協理彭源宏表示，一切已進入法律程序，將全力配合調查，台南幫的母體企業台南紡織，其股價一向尊重市場機制。
