用G2拍夜景畫面出現密密麻麻的光點是噪點嗎?

想請問大家一個問題，最近在拍夜景照片出現密密麻麻的光點，存檔是jpg+raw
jpg看起來還好，raw就變成這樣
都有上腳架跟快門線，用的是14-42那顆鏡頭
想請問各位前輩那是相機的問題還是哪裡設定有問題，還是鏡頭的關係?
快崩潰了，一整個毀了@@
