萬科銷售亮麗 淨利增5%

大陸地產巨頭萬科企業股份有限公司日前發布2014年上半年財報，資料顯示，萬科銷售金額達人民幣1,009億元（約新台幣4,912億元），比去年同期成長14.6%。淨利潤48.1億元（約新台幣234億元），比去年同期成長5.6%。

萬科總裁郁亮表示，在分類調控的政策導向下，近期大陸各地所進行的一系列政策調整有利於穩定市場信心，同時也釋放了一部分被抑制的買房需求。

同時，隨著中國人民銀行（大陸央行）多次強調要保障首次購屋者的貸款需求，未來的買房信貸環境也有望得到改善，郁亮強調，「下半年的經營環境可能會好於上半年」。郁亮認為，目前大陸房地產市場面臨的是過去長期積累的庫存問題，而去庫存需要時間，不是政策放鬆就能改變的。
