台股熱 前7月企業籌資破3000億

證交所統計，截至7月底，今年上市、上櫃及興櫃公司累積籌資金額已達3066億元，光是7月就增加863億元，顯示景氣逐步升溫，台股上半年演出驚驚漲，也帶動企業籌資動作趨於積極。

證交所指出，上市櫃公司主要籌資工具分別為發行普通公司債（CB）434億元、私募194億元及可轉換公司債（ECB）87億元，至於上市IPO方面，7月則有有榮創能源科技上市掛牌，籌資金額11億元，為今年第8家國內上市公司。

證交所表示，資本市場是匯聚民間儲蓄與企業籌資的重要管道，企業隨著業務擴展及技術成熟，為能持續維持市場競爭力，需不斷提升自身技術及營運規模，充實營運資金並進行相關產業整合，透過資本市場募集資金，運用多元化靈活籌資工具，不僅可快速達籌資效益，亦能使市場資金達有效分配與運用。

此外，不只是籌資增溫，台股昨天也在美股大漲的帶動下，強彈超過百點，上漲102.47點，收在9243.78點，成交量也微幅上升至863.67億元，外資買超60.82億元，三大法人合計買超83億元。

市場法人指出，後市大盤會怎麼走還是要看外資的動向，需留意外資在8月20日台指期結算後的布局方向。
