夜市熱賣的雞蛋糕　卡通外型恐侵權

深受小朋友喜歡的卡通雞蛋糕，竟然涉及侵權。今日出版的《自由時報》報導，雞蛋糕業者為了吸引小朋友目光，將雞蛋糕做成哆啦A夢、海綿寶寶等卡通人物外型，但由於這些圖樣多無授權，讓業者可能面臨侵權風險。

哆啦A夢在台代理商「台灣小學館」指出，並未授權多拉A夢圖樣給雞蛋糕業者，這樣的行為已經涉嫌侵權，海綿寶寶代理商「聯智公司」則說，如果發現商品、商標遭冒用販賣營利，將會研究是否提告。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
