防寫手門重演 吳秀明親自上陣

公平會主委吳秀明今天到台中向商業工會、廣告業者宣導薦證廣告等相關法令，防止三星寫手門事件重演。

公平交易委員會今天舉辦「公平交易委員會對於薦證廣告行為規範」宣導說明會，吳秀明親自對工商業界、廣告業者說明薦證廣告的規範。

公平會以三星寫手門事件為例說明，台灣三星電子股份有限公司因隱匿事業身分，以一般大眾身分，行銷自身商品，對有競爭關係的他事業商品為比較和評論的網路行銷手法，遭公平會處新台幣1000萬元罰鍰。

公平會說，隨著網路普及，社群網站推文已蔚為風潮，事業為提高商品或服務的銷售量、知名度或認知度，也常聘請知名公眾人物、專業人士或以消費者經驗分享等方式，為其商品或服務代言。

公平會說，若其未充分揭露合理的利益關係或涉有廣告不實，將有礙事業間公平競爭，並對消費者權益產生負面影響。
