俄援品車隊 朝盧甘斯克駛去

載運援品的約262輛俄羅斯卡車14日恢復運送的旅程，朝烏克蘭東部，親俄民兵控制地區盧甘斯克前進。

這批援品車隊因俄、烏無法就如何運送以及應該運進烏國的地點達成協議，而從12日晚即暫時停靠在俄國南部城市沃隆內茲的軍事補給站內。

俄國車隊往南行，顯示俄國並未遵照臨時協議，讓車隊前往哈爾科夫地區的邊界檢查站，而是進入盧甘斯克地區。

莫斯科堅持，車隊載運的是人道援品，多為嬰兒食品、罐頭肉品、攜帶式發電機、睡袋等，絕非軍需品。
