由 HTC 打造的 Nexus 8 可能會在 64 位元 Android L 作業系統推出時亮相。

消息指出，雖然近日 HTC 代工的 Nexus 8 資訊陸續曝光，但沒有在 Google I/O 大展中亮相的原因，在於 64 位元的 Android L 作業系統並未發表，相信屆時推出後，我們將很快看到它的真面目。

另一方面，因應 64 位元平台，該手機將採用的是由 NVIDIA Tegra K1 四核心處理器，RAM 亦高達 4GB RAM。

據稱 Nexus 8 配備的是 8.9 吋、2560 x 1600 解析度螢幕，配備金屬機身材質，且融合了 HTC One 的 BoomSound 等元素。
