興穀國小重建 通過都計變更

〔自由時報記者何玉華／新北報導〕新北市三重區興穀國小配合二重疏洪道兩側市地重劃工程辦理學校重建，市府城鄉發展局協助辦理都市計畫變更，將部分公園用地變更為文小用地、部分文小用地變更為公園用地案，已經內政部核定通過發布實施。

城鄉發展局代理局長邱敬斌表示，興穀國小位原Ｌ型南側校地寬度僅四十公尺，無法配置標準兩百公尺跑道的操場設計，透過這次都市計畫變更，將寬度增加為六十七公尺，可以配置教學使用的兩百公尺標準跑道、司令台、看台等設施，提升學校教學品質及學童上課安全。

校長何元亨表示，雖然是校地與公園用地交換，總面積不變，但多了一個緊鄰的公園，透過矮圍籬等設計，可以讓公園如同「後花園」輔助教學，校地不減反增。目前十三個班、兩百五十人，市地重劃後，勢必帶來人口增加，初估至少要有容納卅班的準備。
