北市明年度預算 增1.74億消防加給

北市104年度地方總預算案昨天出爐，總歲出規模1590.58億元。除「首都消防勤務加給」1.74億元屬新增外，其餘均為既有政策延續。

北市主計處長梁秀菊表示，雖全年度歲入、歲出短差28.39億元，但以前年度賸餘彌平後，明年總預算將零舉債。

明年度15項優先施政施政項目中，含世大運預算由今年的14.49億元，增列為39.16億元；除網球中心主體工程經費外，場館整修與選手村附屬工程，明年也將展開。

今年5月已局部動工的「台北城市博物館聚落」，預算也由今年的0.38億元，大幅增列為7.19億元；設計之都預算由1.59億元，增加至3.02億元。

另外，活化淡水河政策明年支出預算由今年的24.65億元，增加為31.48億元，路平專案明年也續編8億元；捷運南、北環段計畫，明年也編1億元研究調查費預算。
