飢餓行銷 改寫通路傳奇

大陸電子商務龍頭阿里巴巴集團去年11月11日光棍節締造1天將近新台幣2000億元業績的紀錄，讓虛擬通路躍升為通路界的王道。然而，當店家一窩蜂都想在網路做生意的風潮下，台南市百年老店連得堂餅家拒絕「從善如流」，也寫出另頁通路傳奇。

通路界重視規模經濟，強調「大者恆大」，因此目標都設定在「市場第一」，盡可能擴充據點，方便與目標客戶的接觸。此一特色在網路時代更為明顯，在網路的即時、互動等強大優勢推波助瀾下，即使連國際級的知名品牌，也不得不從實體通路轉戰虛擬通路。

有趣的是，當店家拚命上網行銷，卻還是有部分商家違反潮流。但他們不僅沒有被網路消費時代消滅，甚至還經營出自己的特色，就像連得堂餅家一樣。

蔡偉忠認為，該店經驗，愈缺貨，需求就愈高，有點「飢餓行銷」的味道，但這並非店家初衷，只是秉持傳統、堅持原味，穩扎穩打的經營策略，反而能在網路消費當道的時代裡，開闢出另條小而美的通路。
