恐怖情人拒分手 逼車、攔車、刺輪胎

吳姓計程車司機因不滿交往6、7年的李姓女友提分手，多次尾隨李女上下班，並打電話、傳簡訊恐嚇，見李女未回，一氣之下竟開計程車在派出所前攔下騎機車的李女，涉嫌持鐵絲刺破機車前後輪，嚇壞李女。

安定派出所警員范國揚25日凌晨1點多值班時，聽到派出所外傳出激烈的吵架聲，出外察看，發現1男1女正吵得不可開交，便帶回兩人了解原因。

警方調查，吳男（53歲）與擔任看護的李女（50歲）交往6、7年，李女覺得兩人個性不合，日前向吳男提分手，吳男卻無法接受，常尾隨李女上下班，更瘋狂以手機、簡訊騷擾李女，其中一封簡訊還寫明「你給我記著，有一天我一定會刺破你的輪胎」。

李女置之不理，並拒接吳男多達5、60通的電話連環call，沒想到吳男因此心生不滿，25日凌晨又尾隨李女下班，這次不但惡意逼車，更直接攔阻去路，並真的下車刺破李女機車的前後輪，兩人隨即吵了起來。

吳男坦承犯行，警方訊後依恐嚇、妨礙自由及毀損罪嫌函送法辦，為防李女受到進一步傷害，也協助聲請保護令。
