證券暨期貨市場發展基金會近日舉辦第11屆上市櫃公司資訊揭露評鑑頒獎典禮，本次共有773家上市公司及577家上櫃公司接受評鑑，元大寶來期貨獲評鑑最優級A++級，是國內唯一連續兩年獲得這項殊榮的期貨公司。

元大寶來期貨董事長林添富代表授獎並表示，自2012年4月合併後，為落實公司治理制度及強化公開透明的經營理念，董事會便設置「審計委員會」以代替監察人職能，有效監督公司的財務、內部控制、法令遵循和潛在風險控管等業務；另選立三席獨立董事，以高標準的內控機制，更有系統和強化監督與管理。
