標題[心得] 華碩ASUS維修客服品質極差(皇家俱樂部)

華碩的維修品質的文章已經很多了，看來他們也不怕繼續增加 7/7送修Nexus7平板電腦至高雄建國皇家俱樂部，維修單號R2029 因充電插座壞掉，平板呈現沒電狀態，找不到原廠盒裝，答應用拆機方式看產品序號 詢問客服多久修好，客服說最慢七天。之後再也無聲無息。 7/18去電詢問平板維修進度，客服回答充電插座壞掉，報價500，答應維修後無聲無息 7/25去電詢問維修進度，客服回應還沒修，東西還在台北原廠那邊 我回應不需修理且不會付任何檢測費，平板要還我就還我，不還我就扣著，我不要了。 客服回應請示主管後不需收檢測費，然後會請台北原廠把東西寄還給我 客服後又勸我不要生氣，他現在立馬通知原廠請他們幫我維修(付費)並聯絡我，我答應 半小時後維修中心打來，同樣的話再講一次，對方說不修就寄回皇家，取不取件隨我 那這樣我就不修，老實說我不會再用他們產品，剛剛也馬上買了ipad 整個維修過程大概就是這樣，華碩可能不太在乎他們的維修或客服品質吧 有需要補維修紀錄單的圖可以補，只是剛跟客服講完還是心服氣躁的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.134.203.5 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1406275527.A.2C8.html
