6月半導體B/B值達1.09 創7個月以來新高

國際半導體材料產業協會(SEMI)今(22)日公布6月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨值(B/B Ratio)，達1.09，較5月的1成長，創7個月以來新高，也是連續9個月在1以上，半導體需求持續擴張。

SEMI統計，6月北美半導體設備商3個月平均訂單金額為14.7億美元，較5月14.1億美元成長4.3%，較去年同期13.3億美元增加10%。

6月北美半導體設備商3個月平均出貨金額則達13.4億美元，較5月14.1億美元下滑4.8%，較去年同期12.1億美元則增加10.4%。

5月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨值(B/B Ratio)達1.09，較5月1成長，連9個月在1以上，也創7個月以來新高，顯示半導體景氣仍穩定擴張中。

SEMI指出，6月半導體平均3個月的訂單金額達14.67億美元，創2012年5月以來高點，顯示今年半導體市場銷售可望有2位數的成長力道。
