《科技》SEMI：6月北美半導體設備B/B值1.09，連9月達1以上

【時報記者沈培華台北報導】國際半導體設備材料產業協會(SEMI)公布，6月北美半導體設備製造商訂單出貨(B/B)值上升至1.09，創7個月來新高，已連續長達9個月達1以上水準，象徵景氣仍處於擴張期。

SEMI指出，北美半導體設備廠商6月份的3個月平均訂單金額為14.7億美元，較5月的14.1億美元增加4.3%，較去年同期的13.3億美元增加10%。出貨部分，6月份的3個月平均出貨金額為13.4億美元，較5月的14.1億美元減少4.8%，較去年同期的12.1億美元增加10.4%。

SEMI指出，6月半導體設備訂單狀況強勁，今年銷售可望如預期成長2位數。

第三季半導體旺季續旺，台積電 (2330) 上周法說會預期第三季業績再創新高，台積公司預估第三季營收比第二季新高再增逾一成。
