敦南每股退3元 殖利率上飆14%

二極體廠敦南（5305）昨（12）日股東會通過現金減資案，每股將退還股東3元，加上將配發的0.3元股息，參與除息的股東將可配發3.3元現金，殖利率飆上14％。而該公司今年將全力衝刺無線充電、穿戴裝置等新領域，第4季就可量產出貨，帶動營運大成長。

敦南目前股本達44.8億元，而分離式元件產業雖有獲利，但偏高的股本也難以反映在EPS之上，加上該公司新產品的佈局大致完成，並有處分「金雞母」F-昂寶獲利挹注，決定透過減資退現金。除大幅降低股本、提升股東權益報酬率之外，也可大幅提昇未來的EPS表現。

敦南指出，未來股本將從44.8億元，降至31.4億元，而股東今年參與除息，每股可拿回3.3元現金， 換算殖利率高達14％。另外，因現金減資部分無須繳稅，敦南股東可望達到節稅效果。

在本業方面，敦南目前身為全球橋式整流器第一大廠、市占率超過20％，拜NB產業今年出現換機潮，整體需求可望持平、甚至微幅回升，帶動營運攀升。
