上海家化 進入「平安時代」

大陸保養品龍頭上海家化，昨（12）日召開臨時股東會，審議解除原總經理王茁的董事職位議案，會上超過90%股東同意此案，代表上海家化人事風波告一段落，正式進入大股東平安信託主導的時代。

受此消息影響，上海家化股價上漲5.02%，收報人民幣33.92元（約新台幣165.3元）。2010年上海家化曾邀請蔣友柏，為旗下高端品牌「雙姝」做產品包裝設計；旗下品牌佰草集，也於2010年進軍台灣市場。

新浪財經報導，昨天投票過程並不平靜，小股東不斷表達對現任董事長兼總理謝文堅的不滿，氣氛火爆。

騰訊財經報導，王茁遭罷免，被認為是上海家化原管理層在這場內鬥中全面挫敗。2011年底，上海家化集團進行改制，平安信託成功入主上海家化集團後，與原管理層有過蜜月期，但雙方在經營理念和管理方式方面存在較大差異，平安信託與原董事長葛文耀摩擦不斷。2013年5月，葛文耀離開自己一手打造上海家化，平安信託推薦謝文堅出任上海家化董事長。2014年5月中旬，上海家化董事會決議解除王茁的總經理及董事職務，由謝文堅兼任總經理一職。
