還沒全盤說出　蔡仁惠無法轉污點證人

檢、廉偵辦桃園八德合宜住宅弊案，昨天首次提訊在押的白手套、北科大退休教授蔡仁惠，鞏固在前桃園縣副縣長葉世文向遠雄索賄2600萬後，遠雄將錢交給葉的過程。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，雖然蔡仁惠委任律師劉明益表示，蔡仁惠會盡力配合偵辦，希望轉任污點證人。不過檢方認為蔡仁惠還沒坦白，未讓其他涉案官員曝光，所以目前仍無法轉做污點證人。
