中市抽驗端午食品 7件不合格

台中市衛生局今天表示，針對端午應景食品，抽驗傳統市場、生鮮超級市場及大賣場83件食品，有1件菜脯、6件蝦米不合格。

端午節將近，台中市衛生局針對傳統市場、生鮮超級市場、大賣場等處所，抽驗應景食品，包括肉粽、鹼粽、菜脯、蝦米、香菇及粽葉等83件，檢驗項目包括防腐劑苯甲酸、硼砂、漂白劑及甲醛等。

台中市衛生局指出，檢驗結果不合格共7件，包括1件菜脯檢出防腐劑苯甲酸含量超標、6件蝦米檢出含漂白劑、二氧化硫不符標準，已要求商行及業者下架回收，並移送相關單位查處。

台中市衛生局提醒消費者，選購端午節食品儘量選擇有包裝且標示完整的產品，呼籲業者勿濫用食品添加物，防腐劑不易從肉眼、嗅覺辨識出來，人體代謝不易排出，恐增加肝、腎負擔，影響健康；過量食用苯甲酸，易引發腹瀉、肚痛等症狀。
