槍決前喊我冤枉 死刑犯保命

廣東惠州前天對死囚執行槍決，一位涉嫌製毒的死刑犯在臨刑前大聲喊冤，並稱自己有重大立功舉報；執法的法官為慎重起見，「槍下留人」暫停執行死刑，該名死刑犯暫保一命。

死囚臨刑喊冤、法官「槍下留人」的案件在大陸並不多見，引發民眾討論。據南方都市報報導，該名喊冤的死刑犯名為劉文彪，惠東平山人，今年四十歲，有三個孩子。他被指控領導一個製毒集團，該集團共十六人被判刑；劉文彪被認為是主犯、製毒的出資者、指揮者被判處死刑。

廿三日，惠州中級法院對劉文彪進行死刑執行宣判，法官宣讀完最高法院死刑核准書後，詢問劉文彪有什麼話要講。這時，劉文彪大喊「冤枉、不服」，稱自己只是受雇於李某，並不是主犯，法官以「上報重大立功資料，有些需要核查」，暫停執行死刑。本應該被押赴刑場執行死刑的劉文彪，被帶出來後，家屬以為他要被押赴刑場，放聲大哭喊冤，法警立即制止，並告知家屬，非押往刑場，而是押回看守所。
