最佳隊友獎 巴提耶接下火炬

聯盟25日公布本季「Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year」，也就是「年度最佳隊友獎」得主，邁阿密熱火Shane Battier。

「這個獎項對我意義相當重大，整個職業生涯，我都在努力成為一位好隊友。」Battier說。

Battier本季平均每場出賽20.1分鐘，為生涯最低，貢獻4.1分、1.9籃板，不過他的籃球智商、能獨立也能融入團隊的防守與無私的性格，場內外風度翩翩的表現，正是讓他成為「最佳隊友」的原因。

「雖然我的隊友不能投給我，但我想如果他們有這個機會，他們會把票給我的。」Battier笑說。

「我希望他們知道我很愛他們、很感謝他們。」Battier說：「我所做的一切都是為了讓休息室氣氛更棒、讓球隊更好。」

由一向風評極佳的Battier獲得此獎項，熱火總教練Erik Spoelstra當然再同意不過，「他就是一個這麼棒的隊友。」

「他很無私，他將所有事情攬在身上，他是個領導者，他為兄弟們奮戰，他的隊友們也能感受到他的意念，這真是一座太棒的獎項了。」Spoelstra說。

這座獎項的命名由來是取自兩位前NBA球員Jack Twyman與Maurice Stokes的姓氏，Twyman數十年來無私地照顧比賽中不幸受傷導致癱瘓的Stokes，替他爭取權益、創立基金會，最後還進入名人堂，成為銅臭味濃厚的NBA中一股清流。

「這實在是太驚人的兄弟情懷，也是一段很棒的隊友之間的故事。」Battier說。

NBA自2013年增設這座「最佳隊友獎」，第一位得主是Chauncey Billups，現在將「團隊」觀念傳承下去的人輪到Battier了。
