俗話說隔行如隔山！ 轉到不同領域又非本科係是否找死 有一個案例請教大家！ 工作A 日出集團 辦公設備 月薪：25k+獎金(1000-6000都有過） 工作時間：8：30-20：00最早 責任制 工作性質：業務開發 維護客情 交通工具：一台機車凸半個城市 公司規模：上市櫃，但分公司就是10人左右 頗有人情味，只是都男生居多 前景：沒啥特殊技術，熟悉商品 認真拜訪 升遷表面明確但卻很難上去... 生不上去經理就是一輩子業務！ 工作B 鋼鐵廠的科技建材部門 月薪：30k+獎金(前半年不掛業績也沒抽，之後5%） 工作時間：8：00-17：00 責任制 最晚不會加超過八點 工作性質：業務開發 維護客情 交通工具：一台汽車凸整個台灣 公司規模：中小企業，員工約50人！ 前景：花時間能學到許多鋼鐵建築的技術，老闆願意花錢給員工去學東西！ 將來即使不當業務，自己出來開間鐵工廠 貿易行似乎都與這幾年基礎有相關 如果已經在A做到有點成績...你會選擇放棄到B去嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.130.251.13 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1400552875.A.867.html
