泰軍方宣布戒嚴 強調非政變

泰國由於前總理盈拉因憲法法庭判決立即下台，政局持續混亂不安。陸軍總司令帕拉育(Prayuth Chan-ocha)20日宣布全國戒嚴令。

根據日本共同通信社20日曼谷報導，陸軍總司令帕拉育宣布全國戒嚴，陸軍全權掌握全國治安。這項戒嚴令是泰國時間20日凌晨3時(台灣時間同日凌晨4時)宣布。

泰國從去年開始，反政府派的示威持續抗爭，發生多起死傷事件。政府解散下議院，打算訴諸國民重新投票來解決政治僵局。但反政府派則阻撓國會大選，使得選舉難以舉行。

主張國會大選的政府，和意圖不經由大選、直接成立新政權的反政府派，雙方無法弭平歧見的鴻溝，兩方的支持者衝突一觸即發，泰國治安惡化的憂慮仍持續高張。

根據英國國家廣播公司BBC報導，泰國軍方強調，行動並非政變。今在電視直播中，宣布全國進入戒嚴狀態。軍方說，要採取行動維持和平及秩序。軍方也說，民眾不必恐慌，仍然可以過正常生活。
