標題[請益] 封測的製程轉整合

小弟113理工碩 得到神教的製程口頭offer 但是我其實比較想做製程整合 但是詢問HR之後，他們整合不太開新人缺，都是要先幹製程 如果我在神教待個一兩年，之後轉製程整合容易嗎? 有學長說如果要幹製程不要幹封測廠，因為之後轉晶圓廠資歷會掉半 所以我想之後轉製程整合，不要一直做製程 之後如果不跳晶圓廠，一樣在封測廠轉製程整合，這樣有發展性嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 125.230.5.246 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1400337811.A.34D.html
