毒癮發作難耐　狠咬2警企圖逃脫

鳳山分局鳳崗所警員林揚傑、羅貴騰，昨天下午4時解送毒品通緝犯陳姓男子（43歲）至高雄地檢署歸案，由羅員開車，林員坐於後座戒護，不料車子行經鳳山區自由路與澄清路口時，陳男毒癮發作不斷躁動，向林姓警員表示雙手反銬於後非常痛苦，且手銬太緊，手腕十分疼痛似乎有受傷，林員遂請羅員將車停靠路邊在車上查看其傷勢。

沒想到林員查看陳男手腕時，陳突然往林員右手臂猛咬一口不放，羅員立即下車協助壓制，以左手壓住陳男脖子，右手拉開陳男的頭，企圖將咬住林員的嘴巴鬆開，羅員卻遭陳男反咬右手大拇指成傷，此時林見陳鬆開嘴巴，機不可失，2警忍痛合力制伏陳男，支援警力也趕到，將流血受傷的2警送醫，幸傷勢無礙。

不久陳男被順利解送地檢歸案，鳳山分局則依妨害公務、傷害及意圖脫逃罪，將陳男送辦。（林錫淵／高雄報導）
