北京10月清退300家汙染企業

北京市經信委主任張伯旭在汙染企業調整退出工作座談會指出，300家汙染企業將在今年10月底退出北京。這些企業涉及磚瓦、石灰、石材、瀝青防水卷材、建築陶瓷等行業。

為改善北京生活環境，北京將清退高汙染行業，通過拆除汙染生產設備、對汙染生產環節停產、變更工商營業執照、註銷營業執照、遷出北京市等方式，使企業不再具備落後產能生產的能力。

清理的目標主要聚集散、亂、差的中小型工業生產企業聚集區（過去的工業大院），一些條件好的企業將搬家到開發區，其餘的企業將予以關閉。

目前，北京市已確定12個工業汙染行業整體退出，包括：磚瓦、石灰、石材、瀝青防水卷材、建築陶瓷、平板玻璃、鑄造、鍛造、電鍍、家具、塗料、印染。
