投資逾2億 老眷村「翻身」變文創

屏東縣將引進全縣最大的文創投資案，已著手委外的市區眷村A區及C區，競標團隊各自提出超過2億元的投資案，最快年底簽約，由於是全國最大的眷村保留區，老眷舍如何翻身，備受注目。

文化處長徐芬春表示，屏東市眷村被列入歷史建築的眷舍總計71幢，分為A、B、C三區，其中B區採單幢標租，目前已有20多戶委外經營，另外A區22戶及C區29戶則採整體委外的模式。

目前A、C兩區已分別由三地開發公司及元福實業股份有限公司取得最優申請人資格，兩家公司都各自提出了超過2億元的投資案，最快年底就可簽約，一旦敲定，將以2年為整建期，營運期29年。

事實上，近年各地的老房子都成了文創的新焦點，屏東市的眷村近年也吸引了不少年輕人聚集實現夢想，咖啡店、特色餐點、還有創意展示空間等。

雖然目前委外的眷舍以餐廳為主，有人批評這樣的經營型態已經「走味」，集結的咖啡店並無法表現眷村原味，不過徐芬春認為「老房子有無限可能」，否則也不會吸引年輕人聚集。

她表示，未來A區及C區的發展主題，仍然是以創意生活為主，老房子的故事也許很難再找回，但希望能維持老房子的氛圍。

屏東縣政府申請保留71幢眷舍後，曾以「眷村文化園區」為名向國防部提出申請，但迄今未獲同意，但文化處認為，在未來A、B、C三區建構完成後，除了保留老眷舍外， 也將是屏東的文創園區。
