擋車母子 反控蔡正元殺人未遂

立委蔡正元座車日前被反核民眾攔阻，林姓女子與兒子半路相救反被蔡正元控告毀損及強制罪，林女上午前往台北地檢署控告蔡正元毀損並告發蔡殺人未遂，林女說，救人還被告，以後考慮不再救人了。

林女說，當天她車子停在林森南路發現蔡正元的車子上趴著2個人，又逆向違規大左轉，因此將休旅車擋在蔡的車子前面，被警方帶回偵訊時，忽然變成被告，要拿行車紀錄器給警方警方又不睬，質疑警方處理不公。

林女說，蔡正元車子引擎蓋上有人，他又開了1.2公里，涉及殺人未遂，至於她的車損則初估8000元，也告蔡毀損罪。

林淑燕說，當天她看到有台車闖紅燈左轉，警察阻攔也不停車，引擎蓋上還趴著人，直覺認為「這台車有問題」。

蔡正元則回應表示，警方當場已經查扣他行車記錄器，「未來大家就把證據在法庭上攤開來檢視」。蔡正元並說，一切他都委託律師處理，並尊重司法程序，更呼籲對方不要炒作議題。
