修公投法 政院：無規劃

為停建核四而禁食的民進黨前主席林義雄認為唯有先修法再進行核四公投才有意義。行政院祕書長李四川及主管機關內政部長陳威仁（左）上午表示，台灣相較其他民主國家來說投票率算高，且博弈公投的修法是因應地方產業的發展議題，相信只要公投議題設定好，人民會積極投票表達意見，因此站在幕僚單位的立場，目前沒有修法的考量。
