搶熱門時段 證交所6/11股東會

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2014年4月22日電）台灣證券交易所今天公告，將在6月11日召開股東常會，通過去年財報及股利分配案，不過由於6月11日是股東會熱門時段，當天有超過百家上市櫃公司召開股東常會。

證交所董事會也通過，今年每股擬配發股利1.5元，包括現金股息1.25元，股票股利0.25元。

此外，在討論事項中，證交所股東會也將針對董事長退職金領取方式比照總經理進行表決。
