買飲料偷保險套 19歲男留前科

高雄一名19歲徐姓男子昨天下午到三民區十全一路一家超商購買飲料時，順手牽羊偷走一盒價值260元的保險套，直到晚上9點多店員交班盤點察覺商品短少隨即報警，警方根據店內監視畫面，鎖定

頭戴安全帽、全身黑衣黑褲的男客就是竊嫌，經通知對方到案說明，徐男坦承犯行不諱，他向警方供稱，原本只打算買瓶飲料解渴，但想起放在車上備用的保險套剛好用完，才臨時起意伸出「第三隻手」。

徐男說，返家後摸透上衣和褲子口袋，就是遍尋不著保險套，應該是在騎車途中不慎掉落，對自己的行為感到懊悔。經初步偵訊後，警方今天依竊盜罪將徐男移送法辦。
