政府打房 賴正鎰：應提高薪水到5萬

財政部長張盛和與台北市副市長張金鶚今天會面共商調整合理稅制及平抑過高房價對策。商總理事長賴正鎰發文表示，建議張盛和與張金鶚應該把討論題目改成如何提高年輕人所得到5萬元，當作國家經濟重大政策才對，政府不能選舉到了，就要加富人稅及打房，這樣只會造成惡性循環。

賴正鎰說，現在都更幾乎停擺，政府應多釋出土地，不能光靠地上權釋出土地，政府應多蓋合宜住宅或勞工住宅，讓年輕族群能買到房子，也要照顧弱勢者，甚至用1塊錢就能租到房子，同時增加捷運交通建設，讓雙北工作人口紓壓，分散到新北市，桃園等外圍地區。

賴正鎰表示，2012年起實施奢侈稅，2013年又實施實價登錄，初期已經達到打房效果，投資客都不見了，去年各地縣市政府調高公告現值、墊高土地成本，建築工人缺工嚴重、水泥及鋼筋成本調漲等因素，都導致近年來房地產成本增加，若再繼續打房，讓房產相關業者難以經營，傷及無辜。

他說，政府長期未重視台灣國民所得偏低的警訊，房價所得比偏高的原因，是民眾平均所得長期偏低造成，10年前社會新鮮人起薪28K，但現在只剩22K，薪資所得倒退，才是台灣年輕人買不起房子的真正原因，政府應全盤檢討，找來產官學經濟學家與產業界等，一起想出因應對策。
