1名高中二年級女學生(17歲)今年2月透過網路結識1名王姓男子(34歲)，外型高瘦俊俏，相約見面看海慘遭性侵；因王男4年前曾性侵14歲少女，檢方昨依強制性交罪嫌起訴他，請求加重其刑二分之一。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，王男先載少女到海邊聊天，誆稱到另一處觀海，載至基隆山區偏僻的產業道路，現出原形，少女反抗「拜託，你不要這樣！」王男仍強脫她衣褲，強吻胸部、下體，性侵得逞。少女泣訴，想不到初夜是遭人性侵，下體出血疼痛不已。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
