核四議題又成為影響政局的焦點，總統府發言人李佳霏今天(24號)表示，馬總統已經指示總統府秘書長楊進添和民進黨方面聯繫，邀請民進黨主席蘇貞昌到總統府商討核四議題，李佳霏說『馬英九總統指示總統府秘書長楊進添與民進黨連繫，邀請民進黨蘇主席到總統府商討核四議題，總統一向樂於與在野領袖溝通國政，希望雙方能夠沒有前提、不設條件，坦率地交換意見，共謀解決之道！』

李佳霏說，21號蘇貞昌主席曾向媒體表示，願意拜會總統，不過到23號為止，民進黨方面還只是在媒體上提出，並沒有和府方接觸，總統今天請楊進添秘書長主動連繫民進黨秘書長林錫耀，正式邀請蘇貞昌。
