嗆燒掉九把刀出版社　高中生羈押獲釋

19歲的卓姓高中生因不滿投稿遭退，日前在臉書成立粉絲團揚言要燒掉九把刀所屬的蓋亞出版社，還要殺害總編輯，遭警方以恐嚇等罪嫌移送，士林地檢署聲押獲准，但偵辦後認為全案應無共犯，上周四聲請撤銷羈押，卓男已遭釋放，並向辦案人員表示「會好好唸書準備考大學。」
 
卓男原供稱有共犯，但事後翻供，檢方將卓男電腦送至刑事局鑑定，上周刑事局報告出爐認為卓男是單獨犯案，且審酌卓男預告放火的時間已過，因此認為沒有羈押必要，聲請撤銷羈押。
 
但全案尚未偵結，因卓男在臉書上成立粉絲團曾遭網友留言吐槽，卓男因此不滿便盜用網友帳號、照片，成立假臉書帳號擁護自己的恐嚇作為，有15名網友因此受害，指控卓男妨害名譽，檢方將進一步傳喚受害者出面指認。（吳珮如／台北報導）
