罵部屬「抓耙仔」　派出所長判拘10天

新北市埔墘派出所邱姓前所長，前年6月間與部屬、施姓巡佐因勤務之事起爭執，邱罵施：「你抓耙仔，你抓耙仔。」被控公然侮辱罪。邱向法官辯稱「抓耙子原指古人用來搔背癢的工具，或鋤草農具，現在則指協助有關單位拔除社會敗類的線民，是正面字詞」。
 
但法官認為依照社會普遍觀念，抓耙仔是指「打小報告、通風報信，甚至挾怨報復而誣告的人」，有貶抑施男人格之意，因此高等法院今依公然侮辱罪將邱男判拘役10天，得易科罰金1萬元定讞。（丁牧群／台北報導）
