全坤擬配息1.5元，現金殖利率5.56%

全坤建設(2509)去(2013)年在出售敦化南路「敦峰」店面的處分利益挹注下，全年EPS維持2.61元的正常水位，該公司董事會今(7)日決議，擬配發現金股利1.5元，盈餘配發率57.47%，而以今日收盤價27元估算，現金殖利率為5.56%。

全坤建設去年一直處入帳空窗期，上半年業績還呈現虧損，幸有出售店面的利益挹注，推升全年業績持穩在往年水準，股利1.5元也小幅優前一年的1元。

今年起，全坤將進入建案的回收年，總銷40億「雲峰」將完工進行銷售，可望成為今年度的業績來源；而明年度還有五股洲子洋重劃區、總銷40億的「尊峰」，將完工交屋入帳；接下來還有總銷50億元的第一筆都更案-萬華貴陽街「威峰」第一期將挹注業績，未來營運的能見度高。

法人估，「雲峰」為全坤與地主合建案，個案毛利率估達50%，扣除土地、建築、銷售成本後，該案對全坤的貢獻度上看一個股本，若今年銷售順暢，有機會使全坤的業績大幅優於去年。
