金併法 擬擴大租稅優惠

推動金融整併，金管會將金融機構合併法修正案納入本會期優先法案，金管會主委曾銘宗昨（2）日表示，修正案讓金融業整併享有更多優惠，包括延長商譽攤提年限、擴大租稅優惠範圍等，以利金融機構整併。

學運抗爭，重要法案卡關，曾銘宗在立法院財委會答詢時表示，金管會主要有兩項重要法案，一項是保險法修正案送入立法院，及近期內會送來的金融機構合併法修正案，都希望立法院能儘快通過。

據了解，金管會已大致擬妥金併法修正案，重點主要有兩大部分，第一部分是現行企併法沒有規定，或規定有衝突的優惠，予以明訂；第二部分則是企併法已有規定，金併法比照企併法擴大優惠範圍。

修正案有助降低金融機構合併過程衍生的成本，提高金融機構合併誘因。
