任務非緊急　救護車闖紅燈撞機車起訴

救護車司機洪姓男子(30歲)2年前駕駛救護車要到台中市大里區仁愛醫院接送病人時，沿路播放蜂鳴器並閃燈，行經台中市旱溪西路和精武路路口時闖紅燈，卻撞上另一名正要穿越路口的洪姓機車騎，洪姓騎士因邊騎機車邊戴耳機聽音樂，以致沒有聽到蜂鳴器聲音，雙方在路口發生碰撞，洪姓騎士人車倒地，並有頭皮撕裂傷、左臀擦傷等傷勢。

經查，當時洪男駕駛救護車的任務並非載送病患到醫院救護，僅是要將病患接回養護之家，狀況並非緊急，檢察官認為，洪男當時雖已鳴蜂鳴器，但仍應減速慢行、注意左右來車始能通過，認定他涉犯依業務過失傷害罪，將洪起訴。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
