好心救自殺男　女屁股燒焦險喪命

台南市一名徐姓男子2010年離婚後想燒炭自殺，傳簡訊向高姓女友人訴苦，高女立即到場陪他喝酒苦勸，不料徐男竟趁高女喝醉，點燃炭火，還熊抱高女不讓她離去，所幸鄰居聞到煙味報警，高女被救出時屁股已燒焦，最高法院今依殺人未遂判徐男7年徒刑定讞。

判決指出，徐銘澤（28歲）2010年11月29日晚間有意在家自殺，高女得知後前往救人，力勸徐男不要想不開，但徐男不為所動，還外出購買木炭及烤肉架，在屋內多次點火燒炭，均被高女澆熄，但高女想報警，也都被徐男阻止。

高女陪他喝酒7小時後醉倒，徐男再次燒炭企圖自殺，高女被濃煙嗆醒，起身想要離開時，徐男竟熊抱她說：「讓我抱一次，否則沒機會了。」高女無力抵抗，不但遭嗆傷，屁股也被燒傷，所幸鄰居報警才獲救。（劉志原、胡守得／台北報導）
