發監未到 檢不排除拘提張俊宏

民進黨創黨元老、前立委張俊宏被控挪用全民電通四千多萬，遭最高法院依違反商會法等罪，判處有期徒刑兩年七個月定讞。檢方原本通知張俊宏今天上午十點發監，但他卻以「還有其他法律程序仍在進行中」為由，遞狀聲請暫緩執行，檢方認為沒有理由已駁回聲請，如果張俊宏執意不到，檢方不排除徑行拘提。
