師遭嗆瞎子 打學生屁股1下被訴

彰化縣某國小5年級女導師制止張姓學童拿竹簽棒與同學追逐，張童否認追逐，她斥責「全班都看見，除了瞎子才看不見」，張童回嘴「老師就是瞎子」；女導師生氣拿扯鈴棒打了張童屁股1下。家長知道孩子被打屁股堅持提告，昨天檢察官依傷害罪起訴女導師。

這所國小的校長表示，此事發生後，他和老師曾多次與學生家長道歉、溝通，但一直無法獲得諒解。人本基金會接受家長的投訴，也到學校關切，學校依規定處理。召開考績委員會，對這名女導師記過1次；張姓學童的家長也在去年底將孩子轉學。

去年10月3日美勞課，女導師指導學生，看到張童手拿竹簽棒和同學追逐嬉戲，擔心意外開口制止；張童否認追同學，女導師斥責「全班都看見，除了瞎子才看不見」，張童竟回話「老師就是瞎子」。

女導師很生氣，拿起扯鈴棒打了男童的屁股1下，張童告訴母親被打，張母到學校興師問罪，並拒絕女導師和學校的道歉，堅持提告。校長說，這名女老師執教快30年，教學認真又有愛心，很受家長肯定才長期擔任導師。「面對這樣的結果，我身為校長也是五味雜陳」。
