洗衣水排到家門口　鄰居變仇家互毆

新竹縣兩家鄰居彭家及朱家經常吵架，長期不睦關係不佳。未料，彭家女主人在門口洗衣物時，洗衣廢水排到朱家門口，朱家女屋主（62歲）見狀，破口大罵彭家人，彭姓屋主（58歲）因而與朱家人爭吵，形成兩家人互毆打架受傷，朱家兒子回家聽聞，氣得還拿磚塊砸壞彭家大門玻璃。

由於雙方均無法和解，互控傷害、入侵住宅、毀損，因此新竹地院依傷害罪判彭家屋主50日，易科5萬元；朱父依傷害及入侵住宅罪判55日，易科5萬5千元。朱家兒子毀損判罰3千元，得易服勞役3日。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
