觀察站／示範區優勢 可能走味

隨著Google雲端資料中心進駐，及列入自由經濟示範區等利多加持，彰濱工業區今年預計新增投資金額已逾200億元，業者表示，新空汙法恐讓工業區失去優勢。

因應彰濱自由經濟示範區規劃，彰化縣政府今年將加速彰濱崙尾區的開發，並甄選崙尾區開發經營團隊，預計2017年起施工造陸、興建公共設施，2019年供廠商進駐。目前已有跨國物流園區開發商普洛斯集團，表達高度投資興趣。

彰濱工業區服務中心指出，去年底剛啟用的Google雲端資料中心，今年將加碼投資3億美元（約新台幣90億元）啟動第二期建廠計畫，雲端資料中心旁還有約20餘公頃土地，未來也不排除還有三、四期擴廠計畫。

車燈大廠帝寶工業去年買下彰濱鹿港區原友達晶材3.5萬坪土地後，已向彰濱工業區服務中心提案，擬投資100億元規劃大型車燈生產基地。
