標題[問題] 中壢路上的風車

最近在環中東路 跟普中路邊的電線杆上 都有黏風車耶 彩色的風車轉啊轉的 覺得讓中壢的街頭顯得特別有活力 可是仔細看看 每個風車都只有用膠帶黏貼 倒是搞不清楚 是什麼活動 或是什麼單位？ 請問有鄉民知道的嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.45.106.214
