林邊百年慶 邀四代校友

屏東林邊國小4月4日舉辦百年校慶活動，學校掛起紅布條號召校友共襄盛舉。

屏東林邊國小4月4日將舉辦百年校慶，以及校內圖書館落成啟用典禮，校方也呼籲全校歷屆校友能在校慶當天回學校，共同慶祝百年校慶。

校方表示，校友之一的屏東縣縣長曹啟鴻、捐贈圖書館2500萬元建設經費的台中市市長胡志強屆時皆會參加。

林邊國小創立於民國前4年，早期是東港公學校林仔邊分校，迄今已有百年校史。學校特別選在清明節連續假期舉辦校慶，讓散居各地的校友們一起回娘家為母校慶生。

4年多前，莫拉克風災重創林邊，林邊國小也成全國受災最嚴重的學校之一；災後，台中市政府特別捐贈林邊國小一間圖書館，總工程經費2500萬元，命名為「閱滿樓」，將在校慶當天落成啟用。

林邊國小校長劉萬得表示，這次百年校慶，邀請第46屆校友曹啟鴻擔任主委，在他號召之下，已有逾千位校友響應，甚至連定居美國的校友也將返鄉共襄盛舉。校慶當天將安排林邊鄉三代、甚至四代同堂的校友們，一起返校見證百年校慶。
