(以上是由APP查到的未結帳金額 也就是4月分要繳的)

事情是這樣子的
我這台平板都沒再打電話
可是某一天我發現他的數據使用量超高(好像是看YOUTUBE的問題
後來我就不看了
但是還是照樣跑到5G
之後我就把網路關掉
(以下就是問題了)
可是我還是看到她跑到5G??
為何我查到我目前要繳的金額高達2萬多？！ 就算不是吃到飽也應該只繳900啊！我網路關了為何數據還是照樣跑到5g?!!!
請各位大人幫幫我！！
